About Twenty-six hectares of beautiful vineyards including Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Ciliegiolo, Cabernet, Sauvignon, Trebbiano, Verdeaand Malvasiaare cultivated without the help of synthetic chemicals and without the use of genetically modified organisms. Respect for nature and the search for the best quality in our wines are the main goals of our work in the vineyard and in winery.
All production processes are carried out in full compliance with organic farming methods by combining modern enology with Tuscan winemaking customs. The harvesting and selection of the grapes is done by hand in order to bring only the best produce from our vineyards to the winery. The wine completes the fermentation process and is then aged in vitrified cement tanks which, in addition to providing thermal insulation, do not release aromatic substances of their own to the wine, thereby enhancing the wine’s typical aromas and flavours
Some selections of our wines are destined for further aging in medium-toast oak barrels placed in the old aging cellar located underground.
